It probably isn't legal, either. Much as I admire the technical prowess of the person who created that site, I cannot condone the invasion of other peoples' privacy. If you're going to trash a spammer, do it in public, do it in court, do it where you can affix your name to your work and stand proudly beside it. Not in private where you have to post it under a pseudonym. There's something wrong with that.
