At 1312 on 03/19/97 I telephoned a representative at thegird.net and I also contacted a representative at cerf.net (The provider the Spammer was using to send the mail through). After informing them of the situation I was called back at 1415 on 03/19/97 and informed that the Spammer has had his account terminated.
