Preamble
This being the first big project that I've released in source form, I'm not really sure how I want to license it. So, I'm licensing it with a rather strict license right now. This is more "shared source" than "open source." You're welcome to look at it, play with it, extend it for your own personal use, make fair use of code fragments, and so on. However, redistribution is prohibited.
However, if you want to do something this license doesn't allow, contact me. We can probably work something out.
As noted in the source code, certain parts of the software are licensed under different terms. For example, Generics.dll is licensed via the Gnu Public License, Cornell's Dali code is licensed on Cornell's terms, and ODE is licensed on Russ Smith's terms. While such differently-licensed software is distributed with Juice, the license described here does not apply to such code. If there's any question what license applies to a particular bit of code, look at the source code to find out, or contact me if you still have any questions.
Definitions

The licensee understands that no maintenance or support services will necessarily be provided. Licensees are invited to contact the author but there is no guarantee that a response will result. (You'll probably get one, and I'll probably be helpful, but I'm not promising.)
Indemnification and limitation of liability: Even if advised of the possibility of damages, under no circumstances shall the author be liable to licensee or any third party for damages of any sort. Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the author for any and all liability licensor may incur as a result of licensee's use of the software.
Expiration: In the event of the author's death, the preamble, definition, and terms of this license shall be replaced with those of the Gnu General Public License, version 2.
And don't forget...
I hope you enjoy it. If anything bad does happen as a result of using this software, please tell me, I really would like to make it a purely enjoyable experience for all users.
If you improve upon Juice (fix a bug, add a feature, etc), please let me know. I'd love to incorporate your work into the main branch so that all users may benefit.
